Ecuador, Greece pack Citi Field

The first soccer game played at Citi Field managed to do something the Mets have been unable to do in the same park this year: draw a big crowd.
The announced attendance at the soccer friendly, featuring Greece and Ecuador, was 39,656. The Mets have drawn more just once this season at home; their home opener, on April 8 against the Washington Nationals, when the attendance was 41,075.
The lowest announced home attendance for the Mets this year was 21,015, last Sunday, June 5 against the Braves.
