Oliver Perez did not top 88 MPH on his fastball Monday night in Atlanta. ``He obviously doesn't have the fastball like he used to, but I thought his slider was great,'' catcher Josh Thole was quoted.
Fastball like he used to? Perez is only 29. Then again, Thole is just 23.
