Hu holds major league record

Fun fact: New Mets infielder Chin-lung Hu [pronounced WHO] has the distinction of being the first big leaguer in history with a two-letter surname. [Former Japanese home run king  Sadaharu Oh never played in the majors]. 

Hu breaks the record of three-letter names, which is shared by many. Preacher Roe, Ron Cey, Mel Ott, to name a few.
