Injury update - Kirk Nieuwenhuis and Tim Byrdak
Hi, Mets fans, it's Ken Davidoff here. I'll be filling in on the Mets beat for a few days.
Wanted to share a couple of early notes with you this morning - lefty reliever Tim Byrdak is out with a sore left knee, and minor-league outfielder Kirk Nieuwenhuis is out with a right oblique strain.
