Lewin top candidate to replace Hagin
Josh Lewin has emerged as the leading candidate to succeed Wayne Hagin alongside Howie Rose in the Mets' radio booth. Lewin, 43, has called games locally and nationally in several sports, notably for the baseball Rangers. Hagin, whose contract was not renewed, joined Rose in 2008 after Tom McCarthy left to join the Phillies' television broadcast team.
