Round two of the Subway Series could get a little heated.

Mets reliever Frank Francisco told the New York Post that he's looking forward to facing the crosstown rival Yankees. But he didn't say it quite that way.

"I can't wait to face those chickens," Francisco told the Post when asked about the second Subway Series of the season, which begins tonight at Citi Field. "I want to strike out the side against them. I've done it before."

Francisco made his comments after Wednesday night's 4-3 win over the Orioles. But that's all Francisco would say.

"I think I've said too much already," he said.

Francisco has struck out the side against Yankees once before. He did it on May 21, 2004 as a member of the Rangers. Francisco struck out Derek Jeter, Alex Rodriguez and Jason Giambi.

Francisco is 1-3 with a 5.14 ERA and 17 saves this season.
