The Mets’ series finale against the Nationals Wednesday in Washington was postponed due to inclement weather.
No make-up date was announced, but the Mets return to Washington Aug. 25-27.
The game, which was scheduled to start at 7 p.m., was delayed for approximately two hours before the decision to postpone.
The Mets have a scheduled day off on Thursday. They return to action Friday against the St. Louis Cardinals at Busch Stadium.
