Saturday's Mets-Cardinals game rained out
ST. LOUIS — The Mets and Cardinals were rained out Saturday afternoon, setting up a split-admission doubleheader Sunday afternoon at Busch Stadium.
The clubs will play at 1:15 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. (ET) to wrap up their season series.
The Mets have righthander Tylor Megill and righthanded prospect Blade Tidwell, in his major-league debut, lined up to pitch. They didn’t immediately announce which hurler will start which game.
The Cardinals will roll with their probable pitchers in order: righthander Erick Fedde in the first game, then righthander Andre Pallante in the second.
