Phillies take lead in NL East
Mets fans will be real happy to learn that Phillies are back in first place. Trailing Atlanta by seven games on July 22, Philadelphia moved into first by a half-game last night as it beat Florida and Atlanta lost to Pittsburgh.
The Braves and Phillies have six games left against each other. The out-of-it Mets can have some spoiler fun over the weekend as the Philleis come to Citi Field for three games.
