Polanco disabled; Wright could be All-Star starter

David Lennon is tweeting that Phillies'  third baseman Placido Polanco is headed for the disabled list with elbow pain. He leads the National League in voting for the All-Star Game. David Wright is in second place and would move up if Polanco cannot play.
