It's  safe to say that no on thought that R.A. Dickey was going to be a savior when the Mets recalled him  from Triple-A Buffalo on May 19.

Dickey, however, has been a major player in the Mets resurgence. Dickey (4-0, 2.78 ERA) is  on the mound tonight as the Mets look to extend their winning streak to seven games and go for a three-game sweep of the Indians.

A win for the 35-year-old righthander would also match a club record for a starter by winning his first five decisions with the team. Right now, the record is shared by Bobby Ojeda (1986), Armando Reynoso (1997) and Kenny Rogers (1999).
