Report: Marlins still interested in Valentine
The Palm Beach Post is reporting that Bobby Valentine has re-emerged as a leading candidate to manage the Florida Marlins.
Valentine was mentioned in July when Fredi Gonzalez was fired, but Edwin Rodriguez was named on an interim basis. The report has no comment from Valentine or club officials.
