Reyes to play in minor-league game
The clock is ticking for Jose Reyes' return to the Mets lineup. Reyes will play today in a minor-league game so he can get multiple at-bats. He apparently will not run the bases -- only to first.
Reyes has not played in a big-league game since May 20. He missed nearly three weeks with elevated thyroid levels.
Opening Day is Monday.
