Wright not yet ready for return

- Despite early optimism, it now appears David Wright won’t return for the start of the second half. “I don’t really expect him to be back immediately after the All-Star break,” Sandy Alderson said.
- Johan Santana is scheduled to throw another bullpen session today, and if he passes that test, Alderson said he would be on a spring-training type schedule.
- R.A. Dickey made it through his bullpen session and expects to start tomorrow against the Giants.
