Wright's not so striking record
With 156 strikeouts this season, David Wright has tied the club record held by Tommie Agee (1970) and Dave Kingman (1982).
Wright has all this week to set a record he would rather stay away from. Earlier this season, the third baseman set a team mark by striking out in eight straight at-bats.
One positive note: Wright's power returned this season. He has 26 home runs, up from 10 in 2009.
