Girardi expects CC Sabathia to be available in Game 7

Joe Girardi just finished his press conference at Rangers Ballpark.

He said he thinks CC Sabathia, who threw 112 pitches in Game 5 on Wednesday, will be available out of the bullpen for Friday's Game 6 and certainly will be ready if the Yankees need him in relief for Game 7.

Not a surprise. Sabathia would want to help out if the Yankees needed him.
