Hughes to pitch Sunday for Class-A

Phil Hughes (shoulder) will start on the road for Class-A Staten Island in Brooklyn Sunday. Although he’s making progress, Joe Girardi said Hughes needs to make three or four more starts before the team considers bringing him back.
