Jeter's in the house (in N.Y. and Fla.)

When you talk about Derek Jeter’s mansion, you might want to ask, which one?

The newest one in Florida is styled after an English Manor with gables and stonework. It is 30,875 square feet, with 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. It spans three waterfront lots. Jeter did not need a mortgage to finance the house, records indicate.

Published reports show that  J.O. DeLotto & Sons Inc. was the general contractor for mansion.

The mansion's owner is listed Kered Connors LLC. Duh, ` Kered' is Derek spelled backwards. Jeter’s father, S. Charles Jeter, signed papers relating to the sale.

Jeter also has a $1 million home in North Tampa and during the season, he has places in Marlboro, N.Y. and Greenwood Lake in New York. He also is selling a $20 million condo in Manhattan.
