Liriano comeback player in AL
On the eve of his start against the Yankees, Twins' pitcher Francisco Liriano was named the American League's comeback player of the year. Liriano was 14-10 with a 3.62 earned run average. He went 5-13 with a 5.80 ERA last season.
Maybe there's hope for A.J. Burnett after all.
