Next up: Minnesota
The Yankees, fresh off dropping two of three against the Mets, head to Minnesota for a three-game series beginning on Tuesday night. The Yankees are now six games behind the Tampa Bay Rays in the AL East.
Meanwhile, the Twins are 26-18 (same record as the Yankees) and in first place in the AL Central.
The Yankees took two of three from the Twins about 10 days ago. But Minnesota is a much different team at home with a 14-7 record.
