The Yankees have a good bullpen, at least on the front end.  But they can't pitch in every single game.

The team had to hope starter Dustin Moseley could fend off the Rangers Sunday in Texas to save a tired bullpen. Kerry Wood, David Robertson, Chad Gaudin, Boone Logan and Mariano Rivera were unavailable after heavy work in the first two losses of the series.

Moseley pitched well until the seventh, when he allowed three runs as Texas took a 4-1 lead. He might have been removed earlier, but Joe Girardi did not want to dip into the second string relief group of Jonathan Albaladejo, Sergio Mitre, Joba Chamberlain (yes, Chamberlain has regressed again) and Javier Vazquez.

Albaladejo did come in with two outs in the seventh.  He allowed two hits, one a run-scoring single that drove in the fourth run.

Expect everyoen to be available starting tonight when the Yankees meet Tampa Bay.
