Phil Hughes will have his troublesome shoulder looked at by the Yankees doctor after his bullpen session did not go well Monday afternoon, Joe Girardi said.
Hughes, on the disabled list with what the Yankees have called "a dead arm," was slated to throw a minor-league rehab game Thursday. But Girardi said he's "concerned" about Hughes after the righthander struggled to throw with any pop in the bullpen Monday afternoon.
