Pujols, Dunn could be future HR kings
Alex Rodriguez, who turns 35 Tuesday, has 599 home runs and will make his run at the all-time record of 762 by Barry Bonds. At the same time, Albert Pujols and Adam Dunn could be making their own strides.
Pujols, 30, n his 10th season, has 389 career homers. He has averaged 42 a season. Dunn, also 30 and in his 10th season, has 339 and has averaged 40 a year. If both remain healthy and play to at least age 40, finishing their careers with more than 700 homers seems entirely possible.
