Rangers' aggressiveness helped Yanks
Good point by Ron Darling, saying that Nelson Cruz should have known how that ball was going to carom because he plays in the Ballpark at Arlington all year. The Rangers did use their take-no-prisoners approach to beat the Rays so aggressiveness can’t be knocked altogether. But it seems Cruz got caught up in the adrenaline, probably. He might have let Sabathia off the hook. At least it was a good call, regardless of what Twitter nation said in its instant analysis.
Sabathia gets them in order in the second, has thrown 50 pitches.
