Swisher not all atwitter at the plate
Nick Swisher is everybody's favorite. He's a nice guy and a buoyant soul, always with a smile. He is immensely popular on Twitter, with about a zillion followers.
What they might like to hear from him is an explanation why he has done so little in this series. Yes, he had that home run in Game 5 and one would think that would have snapped him out of the doldrums. But his weak groundout in the fifth kept the Yankees from building a big inning. And his first-pitch fly to left following Lance Berkman's triple just now in the seventh kept the Yankees from gaining a little momentum.
