Yankees All-Stars: Jeter, Cano, CC, Hughes, Rivera, A-Rod
Derek Jeter and Robinson Cano were voted in as starters on the AL All-Star team, it was just announced.
CC Sabathia, Phil Hughes and Mariano Rivera were named to the pitching staff. Andy Pettitte was not.
Pettitte could still be added if one of the pitchers can't make it. There is a new rule this year that pitchers who start the Sunday before the All-Star Game have to be replaced on the roster. Sabathia is currently scheduled to start on Sunday, so Pettitte could replace him.
Alex Rodriguez was named as a reserve.
