Yankees vs. Astros ALCS Game 6 scoring recap

The Yankees still are one win away from the World Series, but they’ll have to win a Game 7 to get there.
After winning three straight in the Bronx to take a 3-2 series lead in the ALCS, the Yankees fell to the Astros, 7-1, at Minute Maid Park on Friday.
Justin Verlander again outdueled Luis Severino, delivering seven shutout innings for the Astros.

Bottom 5: Alex Bregman walked. Marwin Gonzalez grounded out to second, Bregman to second. Evan Gattis walked. Brian McCann hit a ground rule double to rightfield. Bregman scored, Gattis to third. George Springer walked. Josh Reddick flied out to centerfield. Jose Altuve hit a single, Gattis and McCann scored, Springer to third. Chad Green relieved Severino. Carlos Correa popped out to second.
