Yankees center fielder Curtis Granderson has left Saturday's game because of tightness in his right hamstring.
Granderson struck out on a checked swing in the bottom of the second inning and did not come onto the field in the third. He was going to a hospital for a precautionary X-ray.
Granderson hit his 34th home run in the ninth inning Friday night in Baltimore's 6-1 win.
The AL East-leading Yankees have been hurt by injuries, with third baseman Alex Rodriguez and first baseman Mark Teixeira currently sidelined.
