Yanks swept Rangers in April
If three regular season games at home in April mean anytjhing, the Yankees will dominate the Rangers now that they have returned to Yankee Stadium. Or not.
A look back:
April 16: CC Sabathia bested C.J. Wilson in a 5-1 victory that was shortened to six innings by rain.
April 17: Derek Jeter hit a two run home run and, wow, A.J. Burnett tossed seven shutout innings in a 7-3 win.
April 18: Mark Teixeira and Jorge Posada each homered and Andy Petttitte allowed two runs on four hits in eight innings in a 5-2 triumph.
