All clear: Carmelo will play tonight
A source told Newsday that all of the players involved in the blockbuster trade that sent Carmelo Anthony and Chauncey Billups to the Knicks have completed their physicals. Carmelo, Chauncey, Corey Brewer and Co. will all be available for tonight's game against the Milwaukee Bucks at MSG. Tip-off is 7:30 p.m.
The team will hold a press conference at 5 p.m. at the Garden to introduce the players.
No ticket to the Knicks' opener? No problem — you can still see the banner raising ceremony.
