The Knicks had spies in Russia. Kept this dude a secret as best they could. It appears the extremely long 7-1 center Timofey Mozgov will become a Knick soon once all the details of a transfer from his Russian team, Khimki, are completed. According to Berman and Jonathan Givony (DraftExpress.com), it's a three-year deal that will eat up most of the remaining $3M+ in cap space.

Click here for some info on Mozgov and check the video below for some highlights. Clearly a very active, athletic big man who thrives in pick-and-roll. Wonder what this means for second-round pick Jerome Jordan? Or, better yet, perhaps the Knicks believe they will be able to move Eddy Curry sooner than expected?
