Jeff Hornacek recently said that the Knicks are all but out of the playoff race. So what’s to make of his future with the team?

Knicks president Phil Jackson has been holding practice sessions with players to teach the triangle offense, which Hornacek didn’t have much experience with during his playing or previous coaching days. Despite the sessions, Hornacek said he doesn’t feel like Jackson is stepping on his toes by making a guets coaching appearance.

Newsday’s Knicks beat writer Al Iannazzone, in his latest Knicks Insider podcast, takes a loom ah Hornacek’s first season with the Knicks and his future with the team.

Listen to the latest episode of Iannazzone’s Knicks Insider podcast for more of his thoughts about the Knicks.
