KEVIN PRITCHARD
Experience: GM, Portland Trail Blazers (2007-08 to 2009-10).
Orchestrated the rebuilding of the Trail Blazers into a talented young team by utilizing the draft and smart trades.
CHRIS MULLIN
Experience: Executive VP of basketball operations, Golden State Warriors (2004-05 to '08-2009).
New York native and Walsh protege already had been on the radar to fill a possible GM role.
MARK WARKENTIEN
Experience: Director, pro player personnel, Knicks (2010-11); VP of basketball operations, Denver Nuggets (2005-06 to '09-10); interim GM, Cleveland Cavaliers (2004-05); assistant GM, Portland Trail Blazers (1998-99 to 2003-04).
Behind-the-scenes wheeler-dealer who earned NBA Executive of the Year honors in 2008-09.
JEFF BOWER
Experience: GM, New Orleans Hornets (2005-06 to '09-2010).
Drafted Chris Paul; developed financially limited franchise into playoff contender.
ALLAN HOUSTON
Experience: Assistant GM, Knicks (2010-11).
Former Knick highly regarded internally but not yet ready for this type of role.
