Five players the Knicks will consider drafting in the first round of Thursday's NBA Draft:

Jimmer Fredette, PG, BYU
Long-range shooter is high on the wish list but is almost certain to go well before the Knicks are on the clock. Will they trade up to get him?

Bismack Biyombo, F/C, Congo
At 6-9, has great athleticism and work ethic, along with 7-6 wingspan and 9-3 standing reach. Could complement Amar’e Stoudemire.

Nikola Vucevic, C, USC
Fills a glaring need at center and has skill set that would fit well with Stoudemire in frontcourt.

Markieff Morris, PF, Kansas
Consider this a “best player available” selection. Morris is a terrific shooter and has an NBA-ready body.

Iman Shumpert, SG, Georgia Tech
Terrific athlete and excellent defensive player who could defend at both guard positions. Shooting is an issue.
