Shaq says Lee should've been an All-Star
Turns out David Lee has a pretty big supporter.
The Cavaliers' Shaquille O'Neal, who also missed the cut as an Eastern Conference reserve, was asked Friday night if he was disappointed about not making his 16th All-Star team.
"I'm more disappointed in a guy like David Lee. I was on the great end of the bureaucracy. Now I'm on the other end of the bureaucracy," said Shaq, who even gave Lee a nickname. "I feel bad for the human double-double.''
O'Neal said he wasn't taking anything away from Al Horford, who made the team, but "if anybody should have been given a spot, it was [Lee].''
