No need for Deron Williams to dust off his passport.

The Nets announced Sunday that Williams didn’t travel with the team overseas for its matchup with the Hawks at the O2 Arena Thursday, meaning he’ll miss his fifth straight game.

Williams had platelet-rich plasma therapy on both ankles and also received cortisone shots in each ankle last week, all with hopes of getting them healthy in the wake of spraining his left ankle three times this season.

He was in a walking boot early in the week, though he had shed it by Thursday. But after re-evaluating him over the weekend, the Nets apparently felt it was best to go the cautionary route with Williams, who’s already missed 15 games this season due to injury.
