Antrel Rolle said the Giants need to "have that dog in you." He's apparently removed his own leash.
After remaining conspicuously quiet for most of the season, Rolle on Monday said it was time for him to start speaking his mind. Tuesday, he held true to that promise during his weekly paid spot on WFAN, and he was still frothing over the Giants' Sunday night loss to the Eagles.
"Do they compare to us? Maybe," Rolle said. "Are they better than us? Not at all. And that's the thing that really gets under my skin."
Rolle said Monday he was unhappy with the team's reaction to Philadelphia's physical play, noting that it took "all my strength" to remain on the sideline when Eli Manning was blindsided after an interception.
Tuesday, he addressed DeSean Jackson flipping the ball at defensive coordinator Perry Fewell after a long catch. "Had I known he did what he did during that game, I would have did everything in my power to whack his ---- out," Rolle said.
