David Wilson is out for the game against the Philadelphia Eagles with a neck injury, the Giants announced just before the start of the second half.

The Giants' running back left the game after the last play of the first quarter when he was nearly dropped in the end zone for a safety.

Before suffering the injury, Wilson scored his first touchdown of the season on the Giants' opening drive to give them a 7-0 lead.

Eagles quarterback Michael Vick also left the game with a left leg injury he suffered in the second quarter. Vick finished the series, but Nick Foles came into replace the Eagles starter after he threw an incomplete pass on the next possession. Vick's return is questionable.
