The Giants can clinch the NFC East title if:

They beat the Jets and Cowboys in their final two games.

They lose to the Jets this week but beat the Cowboys in Week 17, and the Eagles beat the Cowboys this week and lose to the Redskins in Week 17.

The Giants have been eliminated from wild-card contention.
