Terrell Thomas had hopes of making it to the Pro Bowl this season. He didn't even make it through the preseason.

The starting cornerback's right knee bent inward while colliding with teammate Jason Pierre-Paul late in Monday night's second quarter against the Bears and he suffered a season-ending torn ACL. The two were flushing Jay Cutler out of the pocket. Thomas got to his feet after a few moments on the turf and walked gingerly into the locker room for tests.

Thomas will have surgery to repair the injury. He is in the final year of his contract with the Giants.
