Matt Moore had a rough day against the Giants, but he had a particularly sour ending. Here is what happened on his last five snaps of the game. It’s not pretty.

On Third-and-4 from the Giants’ 4, Moore tried to throw to Steve Smith in the end zone but it was intercepted by Terrell Thomas.

The Panthers got the ball back on an interception and their first play was a run by Jonathan Stewart. Their next snap, on second-and-9 from the Giants’ 11, Moore tried to hit Gary Barnidge in the end zone but Kenny Phillips intercepted it.

When the Panthers got the ball back after the safety on the blocked punt, they had first-and-10 from the 39. Moore dropped back to pass but was sacked by Mathias Kiwanuka and fumbled. Justin Tuck recovered it.

The Panthers recovered an Ahmad Bradshaw fumble to get the ball back at their own 10, but on the first snap of that drive Moore was sacked in the end zone by Osi Umenyiora, fumbled (it was recovered by the Panthers), and left the game with a concussion.

Five snaps. Two interceptions. Two sacks. Two fumbles, one lost.

At least there was the handoff to Stewart for 1 yard in the middle of it.
