Giants second guess

Gary Kubiak declined a holding penalty in order to save a few seconds on the clock and get the Giants to kick a field goal on fourth-and-4 rather than replay a third-and-long. But the Texans jumped offside on the field goal, giving the Giants first-and-goal at the 6 and setting up the final touchdown pass to Steve Smith.
