Giants unsung hero
The backup quarterback (and former Texan) took over the holding duties for Lawrence Tynes' kicks and managed to get a pair of high snaps down and in place as Tynes connected from 45 and 42 yards. Tynes credited Rosenfels' veteran presence with calming down the execution of the snaps and holds, which had been shaky with rookie punter Matt Dodge on the job.
