Hixon and Blackburn barely playing in Carolina

So, what’s up with our old friends in Carolina?

Former Giants Chase Blackburn and Domenik Hixon both signed with the Panthers this offseason, but so far neither is making much of an impact. Blackburn has yet to play a down on defense and while he has been seeing the field on special teams quite a bit he’s come up with just one tackle in two games. Hixon, meanwhile, did not play in the opener and had only two offensive snaps in Week 2 against the Bill. He has yet to have a pass thrown in his direction.

So to answer the question at the top of this post as bluntly as possible: Not much.
