Giants reach 3-year deals with former Ravens Isaiah Likely and Jordan Stout, re-sign Jermaine Eluemunor

The Giants’ first free agent deals under coach John Harbaugh reunited him with familiar faces from the Ravens.
The Giants agreed to three-year contracts with tight end Isaiah Likely, inside linebacker Tremaine Edmunds and punter Jordan Stout, according to a league source. Likely and Stout were previously on the Ravens, while Edmunds spent the past three seasons with the Bears.
A third ex-Raven is also joining the Giants, with safety Ar'Darius Washington agreeing to a one-year deal worth $3 million, according to a league source.
They also retained one of their top free agents after losing two the other teams.
The Giants agreed to re-sign right tackle Jermaine Eluemunor to a three-year deal worth $39 million, with $26 million guaranteed, a league source confirmed to Newsday. Eluemunor made it all but official with a two-word post on X Monday afternoon.
“I’m back,” Eluemunor posted with a blue heart emoji.
Eluemunor provided stability on the offensive line the previous two years after signing a $14 million contract in 2024. Now he’ll return with a raise and play for a second stint under Harbaugh, who coached him in his first two seasons in 2017 and 2018.
“Everything I said two years ago still remains. I love this team, I love wearing that blue helmet, playing at MetLife [Stadium],” Eluemunor said in January after the Giants’ season finale. “Just being around these fans, I’ve never been shown this much love in my entire career.”
Likely will sign a $40 million contract that could rise to $47.5 million with incentives while Stout’s contract, worth $12.3 million, makes him the NFL’s highest paid punter, according to sources. Both were drafted by Harbaugh's Ravens in 2022.
Edmunds agreed to a $36 million deal, with $23.7 million guaranteed, according to sources. He was a Pro Bowl selection in 2019 and 2020 with the Bills.
Monday is the first day teams could enter negotiations with free agents. Contracts can’t be finalized until Wednesday at 4 p.m. when the new league year begins.
While the Giants added new faces, they said goodbye to receiver Wan’Dale Robinson and defensive back Cor’Dale Flott. Both reportedly agreed to deals with the Titans, reuniting them with former Giants coach Brian Daboll, now Tennessee’s offensive coordinator.
Tight end Daniel Bellinger will also follow them to Tennessee after signing a three-year deal worth $24 million, per reports.
Robinson signed a four-year, $78 million deal, with $38 million guaranteed. He caught 92 passes for a career-high 1,014 yards and four touchdowns for the Giants last season.
Flott, who was the Giants’ best cornerback last season, will sign a three-year deal for $45 million, with $32 million guaranteed.
Both Robinson and Flott figured to be well outside the Giants’ price range given the team’s limited resources. The Giants began Monday with $13.9 million in cap space after waiving linebacker Bobby Okereke and restructuring running back Devin Singletary’s contract
It was expected Harbaugh would turn to former players to help build his culture in his first Giants season. Likely and Stout both fit the identity of Harbaugh-coached teams with physical play and strong special teams.
Likely, who is 6-4 and 245 pounds, improved his receiving yard totals in each of his first three seasons after being a fourth-round pick in 2022. In 2024, he had career highs in receptions (42), yards (477) and touchdowns (six). Last season, Likely had 27 catches for 307 yards in 14 games with seven starts.
“I feel like I've shown enough ability to be able to help out any quarterback in any situation to be able to put points on the board and help an offense,” Likely said on the “Up & Adams” show last week.
As for Edmunds, the 27-year-old had 112 tackles and four interceptions in 13 games last year in his eighth NFL season. Edmunds has nine interceptions over the last three seasons.
The Giants needed an upgrade at inside linebacker to improve with stopping the run. They were 31st in rushing defense and last in yards allowed per carry last season.
Stout was a first-team All-Pro selection last season after averaging 50.1 yards per punt, fifth in the league. He also made his first Pro Bowl.
In other moves, the Giants waived punter Jamie Gillan and re-signed tight end Chris Manhertz to a one-year deal, according to a league source.
The Giants also agreed to re-sign receiver Isaiah Hodgins to a one-year deal, according to a league source.
