Jason Pierre-Paul (possible concussion) questionable for Sunday

So much for precautionary measures, huh?
A day after defensive coordinator Perry Fewell downplayed the extent of Jason Pierre-Paul’s neck injury, the Giants learned it wasn't a neck injury at all. The second-year defensive end was a no-show at practice Friday due to a possible concussion.
After colliding helmet-to-helmet with a teammate during Thursday’s practice, JPP did not practice due today to concussion-related symptoms. Tom Coughlin said he thought nothing of the collision and was surprised to learn that JPP -- the Giants’ sack-leader with 8.5 (good for fifth in the league) -- was battling headaches. Coughlin told the media after practice that JPP was undergoing concussion testing “protocol,” but as of yet it's unclear if he does in fact have one.
Pierre-Paul joins an ever-growing list of game-day decisions for the Giants, who face Tom Brady and the New England Patriots Sunday in Foxborough. T Stacy Andrews (back) already has been ruled out for the game, while C David Baas (knee), WR Hakeem Nicks (hamstring) and RB Ahmad Bradshaw (foot) are listed doubtful.
FB Henry Hynoski (neck) is questionable along with JPP and LB Michael Boley (knee), DE Justin Tuck (groin/neck), DE Osi Umenyiora (knee/shoulder), WR Mario Manningham (illness) and TE Bear Pascoe are probable.
Defensive tackle Chris Canty called the potential loss of JPP “huge,” but said adversity is nothing new for the Giants’ defensive line, which managed to hold their ground (literally) in the absence of both Tuck and Umenyiora this season.
