Steve Spagnuolo was quick to point out that Jason Pierre-Paul has recovered a couple of fumbles. “The guy with one hand has got two in the last two games,” he said.

But the Giants and Pierre-Paul are also starting to feel some of the limitations that Pierre-Paul has while playing with the bulky club on his damaged right hand. Dolphins running back Lamar Miller slipped through one of his tackles on the way to the end zone on Monday.

“It’s a little different for all of us when it’s wrapped the way it is,” Spagnuolo said. “He’s going to have to adjust. It’s obviously wrapping around with arms, he’s not grabbing cloth, so he doesn’t have that with one hand. Look, he’s going to adjust his game to what he’s got going on. If he keeps progressing like he has, I think he’ll be good for us.”
