Jaxson Dart is apparently better at passing than E-ZPassing.

A video of the Giants rookie quarterback who was raised in Utah and attended college at Ole Miss (with a stint at USC) was posted on social media this weekend where Dart expresses his befuddlement with the toll collecting system in his new home state of New Jersey.

“I don’t know what this stuff means, these ticket, E-ZPasses,” Dart said as he drive through a toll collection area. “I just drive by it every time.”

That is a good way to rack up extra fines and fees that almost certainly will catch up to him at some point.

Dart seemed much more comfortable on the field in his NFL preseason debut in Buffalo on Saturday. He was 12-for-19 with 154 passing yards and a touchdown as the second-string quarterback.

If he continues to play at that level he should stick around with the Giants for a while… perhaps long enough to figure out not just E-ZPass but jughandle lefts, no self-service gas and other peculiarities of driving around New Jersey.
