For the second day in a row, Eli Manning was more injured on paper than he was on the field.

The Giants quarterback looked as spry as always during Thursday's practice, and even Tom Coughlin indicated that Manning was a full participant in the workout.

"Eli practiced well, he did everything," Coughlin said. "There wasn't any real restriction on him, so, we feel good about that."

Of course, he still was listed as limited with a back injury on the post-practice report. Coughlin made it sound as if that was just a matter of convenience, that it was easier than a copy-and-paste move to the full participation column.

"We'll just leave him on there," he said.

The Giants did make some changes on the report. Mark Herzlich, coming off a concussion two weeks ago, was limited on Wednesday and a full participant on Thursday. Jameel McClain (knee) was out on Wednesday and practiced fully on Thursday.

The only Giants who did not practice on Thursday were T James Brewer and LB Jacquian Williams, both of whom are dealing with concussions.
