Even before Odell Beckham Jr. was suspended one game by the NFL for his role in Sunday’s battle with Panthers cornerback Josh Norman, WFAN radio personality Mike Francesa let him — and the rest of the Giants’ organization — have it.

“If the Giants aren’t embarrassed by what this kid put forth yesterday, they should be,” said Francesa, who began Monday’s show with a rant on the subject. “That was an absolute disgrace . . . That’s a guy who, for all his abilities, has become a complete clown in every way.”

Francesa added: “Everybody who has any bit, any inkling, any iota of authority inside the Giants is guilty. They’re guilty of letting this kid do whatever the heck he’s wanted since the day he stepped on the field.”

Beckham was flagged for three personal fouls in the Giants’ 38-35 loss. The most controversial hit was a helmet-to-helmet collision with Norman in the third quarter that appeared intentional.

Norman had been taunting Beckham all week, and the two tussled throughout the game.

“Terrell Owens on his worst day, Randy Moss on his worst day, never even approached what we saw from Beckham yesterday,” Francesa said.

Beckham finished with six catches for 76 yards and the tying touchdown late in the fourth quarter, capping a comeback from a 35-7 deficit, but that was after a first half in which he was shut down and visibly frustrated.

Tom Coughlin also was caught in Francesa’s crosshairs.

“I don’t care if you need to win the game, I don’t care if your career’s on the line,” said Francesa, who emphasized the respect he has for Coughlin. “You can’t tell me that Tom Coughlin has gotten to a point where he is not going to reprimand a player who acts like that on an NFL field.

“If that’s how you’re going to run your team, Tom, then it’s time to leave.”
